Frequently Asked Questions
How long is an escape room?
Each escape room has a 1 hour time limit, although, it is possible to escape faster!
Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are highly recommended, as it will guarantee a spot, but not required.
How many people can fit in an escape room?
Anywhere from 2-10 people are allowed in each escape room. If you have more than 10 people, call for more information.
Is there an age requirement?
People of all ages are allowed to participate, but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. (The adult can wait in the lobby if necessary.)
When should I arrive for my reservation?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time, this allows us time to prepare you for your experience!
Are the rooms private?
Possibly! There are two options when booking a room:
Public where you could be with other people and meet your next best friend
and
Private - there is a $25.00 one time fee for a private room which will block off all remaining spaces that your group does not fill. This will ensure it is just your group in the room.
What if I am running late?
If you are running late, we may need to deduct time from your allotted amount.
What is your refund/reschedule policy?
Rescheduling can be done if you contact us at least 1 hour before your initial booking. Refunds are only given under extenuating circumstances.
